It brings me such joy to learn and create food that will last. No matter if it's bottled, frozen, dehydrated, or fermented - I love it all.

I wasn’t able to learn from my Grandma Anna (my namesake) but I did learn some from my mom canning raspberry jam and pressure canning salmon as a kid growing up in Alaska.
